TERMS & CONDITIONS — VIRTUAL COURSES & PROGRAMS

Wild Soul Rising Inc. (Owner of Laurie Oakes Mediumship)

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all virtual courses, programs, workshops, masterclasses, and digital products (collectively, the “Program”) offered by Wild Soul Rising Inc. and Laurie Oakes Mediumship (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”).
By purchasing or participating in any Program, you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Program

Our Programs are designed for education, personal development, and intuitive growth. They do not replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Nothing shared in Program sessions, materials, or communication is intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional care.

You understand that results vary and are dependent on your participation, integration, and personal capacity. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

3. Payment & Billing

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.
If a payment plan is chosen:

You agree to complete all scheduled payments.

Missed payments may result in removal from the Program until payment is made.

All payment plan obligations remain binding regardless of participation.

We reserve the right to charge the payment method on file for any overdue balances.

4. Access & Intellectual Property

All course materials (videos, worksheets, meditations, PDFs, audio files, written lessons, community content, and live call recordings) are the exclusive property of Wild Soul Rising Inc.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

You may not:

Share, distribute, reproduce, sell, teach, or modify materials

Provide access to others

Use the Program content to create your own trainings, products, or offerings

Violations may result in removal from the Program and legal action.

5. Participation Requirements

By joining a Program, you agree to:

Engage respectfully in discussions, communities, and calls

Maintain confidentiality of what is shared by others

Not engage in harmful, disruptive, or abusive behaviour

Practice discernment and self-responsibility for your emotional and energetic wellbeing

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these expectations without refund.

6. Live Calls & Recordings

Live sessions may be recorded and made available to participants.
By attending live calls, you consent to being recorded.
You may choose to keep your camera off and your name hidden if preferred.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings. You are responsible for what you choose to disclose.

8. Technology & Access Issues

You are responsible for having a stable internet connection, updated software, and the ability to access program materials.
We are not responsible for technical issues on your side or for platform-related outages (Zoom, Skool, Kajabi, etc.).

If you are removed from a program due to missed payments, access will be reinstated once payment is complete.

9. Refund Policy

Because these Programs offer immediate access to digital content, teachings, and intellectual property — all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Failure to participate

Scheduling conflicts

Personal circumstances

Partial access or incomplete use of the Program

Missed live sessions (recordings are provided when available)

Payment plan obligations remain in effect regardless of participation.

Exception:
If a duplicate purchase occurs due to a technical error, or a product is accidentally purchased twice, email hello@laurieoakesmediumship.com
within 48 hours for correction.

10. Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify, adapt, or adjust Program content, scheduling, platforms, or delivery methods at any time to improve the participant experience.

11. Termination

We may terminate your access to a Program for violation of these Terms, disruptive or harmful behaviour, harassment, or breaches of confidentiality or intellectual property.

No refunds will be issued if access is terminated due to violation of these Terms.

12. Disclaimer

By participating in any Program, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for your own decisions, integration, and wellbeing.

You will seek professional support where appropriate for legal, medical, psychological, or financial matters.

You release Wild Soul Rising Inc. and its representatives from any liability related to your participation.
