1:1 COACHING CONTAINER AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made between the undersigned client (“Client”) and Wild Soul Rising Inc (Laurie Oakes) (“Provider”) for participation in a private 1:1 coaching container.

1. PAYMENT TERMS
Full Payment Required:
All 1:1 coaching containers require a commitment to the full payment agreed upon at the time of registration.

Payment plans may be offered at the discretion of the Provider. By enrolling through a payment plan, Client agrees to complete all scheduled payments in full, regardless of whether they continue participation.

Failure to complete payment may result in the outstanding balance being referred to collections, and additional fees may apply.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY
All coaching containers are non-refundable, including in cases where the Client chooses to withdraw or discontinue participation. This applies to all session packages, mentorship agreements, or long-term coaching containers.

3. TRANSFER POLICY
If the Client discontinues the container, any unused balance may be transferred toward a future course or retreat offered by the Provider within 12 months of the original start date. No refunds will be issued.

4. SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS
All sessions must be scheduled within the timeline of the agreed-upon container. Missed or cancelled sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited at the discretion of the Provider.

By enrolling in this container, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms in this Agreement.
